The Fridge is Stocked with Yummy Fluids. :)

It was a long slow winter, and the Gym suffered. Our poor little friendly neighborhood fridge, suffered during these hard times. Last week, was the first time I can recall, that somebody went to the Fridge, and it was empty. This can not be, and will not be. I re-stocked the fridge full of cold yummy bottles of liquid goodness today, and I will continue to add to the variety in the coming days.

This is where YOU come in. Consider supporting our cute little fridge, as every dollar that comes in, helps keep the GYM alive. It also happens fund stocking the Fridge with cold fluids of the tasty variety. You want those.

YOU.......WANT......THOSE......  (you're getting slee..... THIRSTY!!!.....)

That's all for now! Hope to see you all soon, and hope to also, maybe, perhaps, see you all pop open the fridge, to snag a cold one. Yep, a WATER. What were YOU thinking?!??

Also, I should add, to help motivate Fridge use... I added an AWESOME new sign. Wait till you see it's awesomeness......

Personal Training Rate Change

Dear friends,

I have made a slight change to the PT rate. Personal training is an extremely time consuming job, that extends well before and after the actual PT session. In order to continue giving such personal attention, and making such time investments, in your training, I need to nudge the rate a little. My rate remains on the lower end of the PT scale, and I firmly believe I deliver a good value for your dollar. The rate increase is minor, yet it will have a positive impact on the GYM, and my ability to continue doing what I do.

That said, let's get you in for a workout!

Weekend Classes?!!?

Tinkering with the idea of Weekend morning classes. This GYM needs the $$, and YOU need the Exercise, it's a Win-Win!

Being a weekend warrior, who loves to dissapear on the Ocean, and whatnot, I won't always be able to offer weekends, but, it's true... This GYM, REALLY needs all the work it can get, to stay afloat, and I love you guys & gals, so, drop in for a weekend workout. I'll love you, your body will love you, and you will love yourself. It's a Trifecta of Win!

As of right now, there are 2 classes, Sat, and Sun, morning, as a test run, to see if anybody shows up... :)

Update on Classes & PT

Hello my friends. Just checking on things. Spring is here, and the Gym is booming. However, it could use even MORE of said BOOM. There are plenty of seats available in ALL classes, and I would SO love to see more turnout to occupy them. Whether it's just you, or we have a full house, you will enjoy a good workout, and light spirited, comfortable, friendly environment. You'll also get a butt kicking workout!

A little about Classes:
As of several weeks ago, we have a new, static class schedule. This has proved to work out far better than any method in the past. Many classes have had poor, or zero, turnout. I am open to suggestion, on classes, times, days, etc. Feel free to fire your thoughts at me!

PT, and classes....
As PT clients lock in their time slots, classes will fall. I welcome ANYONE who would like PT, to consider any class slot, as AVAILABLE for PT.

PT sessions take priority. When a time slot is requested, any class on that time slot, is removed from the Schedule. That said, if a class has regular turn out, even if small, I will NOT remove it, and will work something out, to leave the class in place.

What does this mean? If you like a class, and it's time slot, and you want to see it STAY on the schedule. SHOW UP. Tell your DOG, Bring a FRIEND. I will NOT can any class, that has regular turnout.

WEEK DAY TRAINING
I have much availability during the day. If you would like to come in during the day for PT, please do!

BUT I CAN'T AFFORD PT!

YES YOU CAN. Talk to me....
