An easy paced, hand-weight workout class, focusing on the major body parts. Using a Matt, Stepper, and Hand Weights, Medballs, etc. We will gently work through most major muscle groups.
A Mat, and all Equipment neccesary, will be provided.
The class is Approximately 45min long, and is only $15. It is a low impact workout, with weight-room inspired movements to train all the major muscle groups.
This will be a light, fun, no-pressure environment. People of all fitness (or NO fitness!) level, are 100% welcome, and encouraged to attend. This is NOT an advanced class, and is reccommended for Beginners, or those of low-moderate fitness level.
Class is $15. You may cover that in advance, or, via Cash/Card at the door.
