Join us, for a Group Personal Training session. Each workout will be custom designed, for each session, based on, those attending. We will train using machines & free weights, Cardio machines, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, & more!
Group PT is a favorite among my Regulars, and I welcome you to come see why. This is a REAL workout. We work hard, encourage each-other, challenge ourselves, and reach new levels of strength and fitness.

I have a vast collection of Music, as well as Spotify & I-Tunes Radio, so, while I guide you through a muscle blasting workout, you will enjoy the beats & sounds of a variety of popular & unpopular music.
We will use a selection of:
Matt, Step, & more, if/as/when needed.
The class is Approximately 1 Hour, and is only $12.
This will be a light, fun, no-pressure environment. People of all fitness (or NO fitness!) level, are 100% welcome, and encouraged to join.
